This home is a 6,000 square foot, two-story elegant home. We transformed this grey gothic looking interior into a Mediterranean paradise. Complete with travertine floors, raspberry gelato Venetian plaster walls and a breathtaking family room exquisitely faux painted beyond your elegant imagination.

The master bedroom and bath is a must see. Have you ever imagined a Neel Peart "Drum Room"? We helped them transfix a dull Jr. Master Bedroom into a Neil Peart dream world. This was a foreclosed property with rich possibilities of good fortune for the new owner’s but at first glance, it was quite a depressing site.

With the cold grey walls, grey marble floors and Victorian gold accent fixtures throughout. Severe water damage plagued the downstairs entry, study and formal living area. This two story Mediterranean dream home overlooks a grand 14 foot diving pool made out of rich creamy travertine and sports a state of the art lighting system which envelopes you in its own salt water oasis.

Spring View Residence

Nestled in a $300K+ neighborhood, this home was a rental property for years. It is a two story brick colonial with a simple arched entrance and very standard appointments.

The masterpiece is complete with two-tone grey and silver striped walls in the living room and a kitchen that boasts of master crafted custom 42” cabinets stained to a rich luster that rivals the finest custom finished furniture. Millennium granite counter tops with off-set glass stripes back splash frame finish off the elegant look of this brand new kitchen, completed with state of the art stainless appliances.

The entry hosts two Framburgh lighting marvels; one masterpiece that beckons you into the elegance of the entry and the second entices you up the winding stair case to the upper level complete with media room, craft room, guest bedroom and a master suite one could live in and never leave. We also added accented walls, plush carpet and a master suite complete with 3/8” frameless shower enclosure and custom tiled floors and walls. Elegant chrome combination faucets, handles and the piece de resistance is the gorgeous Crema Marfil marble counter top which hosts two sinks, lit by two simple yet elegant lighting pieces.

Neiman’s Victorian Palace

This beautiful old home set in Mid-East Plano has begun a transformation from a 20+ year old traditional home to a 21st Century traditional home.

We have transformed the master bath suite from simply a large master bath with a 3’x’3 shower into an elegant 4’x4’ by 8’ high glass enclosed "Mecca" as the one owner states. The rest of the room has become a dressing room haven with new granite counter tops, black under counter bowls and oiled bronze faucets and accessories.

The rustic tile used was carried throughout the shower and continued with 18x18 tiles across the floor to the oversized Jacuzzi tub. We kept their gorgeous tub and added a platform and skirt around the base.
